Waite, OBGYN, has been practicing in Orlando since 1981. She has delivered thousands of babies and has had a positive impact on many lives. Dr. Waite was motivated to open a Medical Spa because of her concern for peoples wellness both inside and out. She is the mother of three children and a native of Jamaica. *Athena Medical Spa* is the only spa in Orlando that offers the Affirm Anti-Aging treatment which reduces wrinkles and scars, promotes coagulation resulting in deep tissue tightening, as well as correcting pigmentation and redness. CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment is required for all services so we can better accomodate all guests. Failing to give proper notice will result in a 50% charge of service. GRATUITY Gratuity is not included in the price of the treaments, however they are greatly appreciated. Recommended amount is 15-20%. RETURN POLICY We will gladly exchange your unused product within 7 days from purchase date for merchandise credit only. No returns or exchanges will be given on prescription line products.
